The Real Glory (1939)

Set in 1906, "The Real Glory" follows the story of the American army's withdrawal from Mindanao, leaving a small group of officers tasked with training the Philippines Constabulary. Their mission is to help defend the native population from relentless invaders. The local militia, initially intimidated by the invaders' fearsome reputation, finds new strategies for resistance through a resourceful doctor stationed at their outpost.
