Sierra (1950)

Ring Hassard and his father Jeff, both wild horse breakers, live in seclusion in a hidden mountain eyrie because Jeff is falsely accused of murder. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they take in Riley Martin, a lost young woman who discovers that Ring has "never seen a woman close up." After Jeff is injured, Ring becomes entangled with horse thieves and lawmen. Riley, who reveals herself to be a lawyer, works determinedly to clear the Hassards' names, even as others seek to ensure their demise.
