Friday the Thirteenth (1933)
On a stormy night just before midnight on Friday the thirteenth, a London bus driver navigates through pouring rain and poor visibility. Suddenly, lightning strikes and a massive crane collapses in front of the bus. As Big Ben begins to wind backwards, time rewinds, revealing the personal stories of all the bus passengers and the events leading them to this ill-fated journey — from a cunning con-man with a dubious cheque to the businessman's distressed wife. The narrative moves inexorably toward the fateful crash, showing who survives and who does not.
